I used to sell online with Ebay, before you can sell things there online for free...lately there are some fees for the maintenance of the website but I have not sell anything yet so I have not pay the fees charged to me. They have suspended my account because of that, its so unfair.

I only use Ebay to buy items. I find their fees are just too high for it to be worth me selling what I want to sell.I recommend craigslist for selling things online. It's local and you often don't have to then worry about the cost of shipping.

eBay is a good site to purchase items and to sell items. Payments are processed by PayPal since eBay owns PayPal. PayPal and eBay works together to have a valid smooth transaction. eBay puts on hold to the payment that the buyer sent to the seller just to make sure that the buyer will receive the item before the seller will have access to the money. There are 3 ways to release the funds: 1. receiving a positive feedback from the buyer2. If it shows to the UPS, USPS, or FedEx that the item has been delivered in 3 days (US shipment only)3. Past 21 days without disputes, chargeback, or any buyer complaints.eBay do this thing to avoid shipment to a scammerThere are a lot of online scammers who sends fake emails to the sellers telling them that the payment has been approved by PayPal and requesting for tracking information.PayPal is NOT a financial institution that you need approval to send to the seller and PayPal and eBay does not ask for tracking information on an email, You can add the tracking information to the details of the transaction on eBay and PayPal.
