Have tried finding an answer to the question but so far i haven't got any? Are online earnings subject to taxes.I am from India and so does the online income come under the foreign income slab.Can someone help me with my queries

The law vary for different countries. You should have direct the question to the tax department of India.

i am not so sure but I think we have to pay because you are earning something and you should pay tax for anything you earn.

From what i've read, you do have to pay taxes at least. In the US if you make a certain amount online each year but uh, most don't earn close to it and there isn't any "solid coorelation" so to speak that certain online earnings you make would be required to have to pay taxes on. Plus, I hardly see them coming after you for the possibly extra few hundred you earned that year.. then again, it is the IRS we're talking about here. =D

I heard that whenever their is an income more than the limit,we have to pay tax.(India).But still I m also not clear whether for the small amounts I get should I pay or not...
