No both are not same Life insurace will cover your health not your home or general stuffs.General insurance is also called non-life insurance and this will cover your costly and precious thing.

general insurance and life insurance not same. when something happen to your house and the stuff in it the life insurance will not cover.

well, no both are quite different from each other/life ins is for living beings which involve human species at present and general involves all things like car, house etc.

No Both are Not same, Life Insurance deal with Lifes Cover and General insurance deals other things like car, house and etc...

I think they are different, coz the general insurance covers everything such as properties and medical but the life covers your insurance alone.

no both are different...life insurance is based on guraentee principle..but general insurance is based on indemnity..
