IT department advised employers to recover tax from staff every month and remit to the department. But many employers are not doing so and finally while at the end of the financial year, there may not be enough take home pay to pay the income tax. This leads to uncomfortable situation to employers and the employees and they will be forced to go for external borrowings, which leads to bad life structures. Please discuss in detail to avoid such bad situations

it's better to pay your taxes on time..if it's monthly, then you should pay it monthly because in the end, you'll suffer the consequences...you'll have to pay for your penalties ...and that's a lot.
