I seem like I am in the middle of weighing things. I am currently renting a house and I feel like it is a heavy burden. There are government housing in my country that gives opportunity to us to own a house with flexible terms. What could be the best?

Go for the housing loan..... you can save money.... unlike just paying your monthly rent... Rent to own is the best! ^^

i would reccomend buying the house so you don't have to pay monthly amounts, and i hope that you don't need a mortgage. in the long term you will be better of with the house

You really have to weigh up your options by seeing first if you can actually make the repayments on the loan. You don't want to dig yourself a big hole and fall in straight away.

i suggest really sitting down and looking at your financial situation. if renting alone seems to be a burden already, imagine the stres it will add to you when you need to pay your mortgage, which i am assuming, is a little more than what you should be paying in rent. you should factor in paying for utilities too and the other costs of maintaining a house.

I think it is always better to buy your own house. we had lived in a rented house for years and one day when we calculated the amount of money we had paid towards the rent we were astounded. the same money could have been used for buying the house through a housing loan. So then we decised to buy a house with the help of a loan and it has been the best decision for us

Well definitely its better to buy a house... rather than a car... i think car is draining your money away slowly. In my country, cars are extremely expensive.
