I would prefer to buy a house and lot... Not unless I have a specific and personal design of my dream house then I will buy a lot and just build the house according to my design ;-)

If I don't have much money, I will buy house and lot. But if I have much money, I will buy a lot so I can built my dream house.

best tobuy both as you would not but just a lot and build a house as its more investment in designing the house instead buy a lot with house and add colors to you house

i prefer to buy a house and lot as long as it's newly built. i don't want to waste my money on renovations.
