havent done my taxes in the past two years is that a bad thing. i'm not really making much money right now do to the fact that i'm in school. do i have to do taxes if i'm not working or is it something that i have to do no matter what? if so how would i go abouts doing that. do i need a certin tax form to use? well if you can help that would be great. thanks in advance.

i think the fact that your a student you dont need to and if your living at home while in school you dont need to.

how come you have problems regarding paying your taxes while you're still in school?do you have your own business? because if you do, even if you're not earning, you should declare to the BIR that you had zero income for the month. If you're not doing that, you might get penalties for that.
