I have some issues with my credit I have mainly hospital bills, and this has been in my credti history is there anyway that I can work with these creditors to make like 50.75.00 a month to pay on my hospital bills because this is the only amount that I can pay at this time. of course if I am able to pay more I will definetly do this with no hestitations what so ever. If I could afford medical insurance I would get that in a heart beat but with my illnesses and all the premiums for me are just ti high, and when I do have to go to the emergency room I always pay what I can but when they bill me the amount is high. so I would really like a way that I can pay my hospital bills in one monthly payment, and so that I can fix my credit.

I was told some time ago that if you are paying what you can they can't report non payment and they can't put you in collectons. And if you make an attempt to make payment and they refuse the check you can concider the debt done. Now I havn't done research and diffrent states states may be diffrent. Its something worth checking on. If you like you can call and make payment arrangements. I am sure with so many not paying there medical bills and you being willing to pay I would bet they would make arrangements with you.

Medical debt is wat different than say like a credit card debt. I would make every effort to pay it off but if they are being unfair to you about the payments you can pay than I am not sure what to do next. Also some hosptials have programs if this is where your debt is at that can writeoff the debt but it varys per state and hosptail. I would ask fro billing and see what kinda of programs they have. YOu must be under a certain income but if you quialfy than you might be able to get them to write it off due to your income. Check it out, this only works on hospital debt though. TAke care :)

In a way you are lucky, when I was 14 i had to be in the hospital for a week with no health insurance and it took my parents years to pay it off :(

You can always talk to the creditors and arrange ways how you can settle your dues with them.  They are also human and understand well your financial problems. As long as you settle your outstanding and do not run away from it, I think the creditors will be more then willing to listen to you and accept whatever your terms of payment with them.  You are not only responsible for your debts but has painted a good image in the eyes of the creditors.  And am sure they will not hesitate to extend further credits to you in future.

You just gonna talk to the creditor for terms and tell them that you cannot pay that amount in a short span of time.
