make sure that you dont save them on multi user computers someone after you could use them. Make them hard to figure out. dont use comon things like birthdays or ages or part of your adress. Or specail dates like wedding days. You could also change them every so often just to be sure.

Remembering is the best method, but better is to write them with blanks like, f----r7 for flower7...!

just keep your passwords to yourself and don't tell anyone that you don't trust or better yet don't tell anyone. never write them down, or do so and lock them away from people in a safe for example.i have never told people my password and have never been a victim of online theft hopefully i can keep that up

Choosing something obvious to you is easier to remember but that may mean it's obvious to someone else. Maybe o you want to keep changing passwords do it monthly and maybe use the name of the month you're in but write it backwards. For example: yraunaj1 then yraurbef2 etc. If anyone was to see then they wouldn't know what word you're using.

I use the same sequence of password for most of my cards, so it makes it easy for me. i don't use the same passwords but the sequence is the same so i don't forget them easily.

1- Change your password regularly. at least once a few months2- Create password that has NO RELATIONSHIP with your personal life such as your birthday , ic number , age , fathers name etc...use somthing unique.. n better still.. with alpha-numerics.3- keep your password to yourself

Use hard password, I mean different with your user name or your birth day. Use combination letters and numbers, also be unique password.

When using a passcode/password, make sure to use a combination of capitols and numbers...Amer22icaN46...it is much harder for others to guess your code.
