Just curious as to what the worst investment you've ever made was, and why was it the worst? It's helpful to know these things just in case I ever go invest-crazy, aha! =)

Ouch! Almost $2000 down the drain, that's rough. At least you possibly learned from your mistakes and decided to be a bit more careful next time, eh?

I invested $3,000 in the stock market when it was hot it 2008. Now, it has slumped to less than 40% of its original value. I can afford to tide it out so, hopefully, it goes back to at least 80% of its value.

I never invested any money. I feel so scared to invest, maybe because of lack of experience and knowledge. But I did buy gold (necklaces, rings ...) before and when the prices went high I sold them. I think it was the only thing I did good till now.

Yeah, I wouldn't invest into any websites. Plenty of free ones that allow you to make reasonable amounts of income just fine.

My worst investment was made to get some data entry work. I went to their office to comfirm myself that the service buyer really exist and then asking a few people I paid a fee to join, gave test, got qualified and worked for a month but I never received any money. Just lost my money and time in the process.
