Posted on March 23, 2009 at 5:28 pm I am in need of repairing my credit.. I have HORRIBLE credit. I have some bills that need paid. And since i wrecked my car, i was thinking about possibly using my check from my wrecked car to pay off some bills. So all i'll have is my car payment & maybe 1 other charge card. + obv, hosiptal bills. My question is, If i do that does that help my credit in anyway.. Or how do i go about repairing my credit? I need to do something i'm going crazy with bad credit. My boyfriend of 6 years and i are looking to get a house, but my credit sucks and i feel bad putting his name on it and thats all. I want to be able to provide for my family. How do i fix my credit? How long will it take to come off my credit report IF i pay some of the things off?

Posted on March 24, 2009 at 3:39 am Possibly your boy friend could buy the house independantly and then sell you a share in the house where it could be held as joint tenants or maybe that's tenants in common. His credit would not be affected by your credit, but simply owning a house might actually help improve your credit.

Posted on April 1, 2009 at 8:15 pm i have horrible credit too. i had to have my apartment entirely in my boyfriends name because my credit is so bad. i want to fix my credit, but i don't know how! i put the electric in my name, and i joined blockbuster because they charge monthly, but i don't know if thats even helping.
