Till now I have no credit cards. I have applied only one credit card two months ago but I have not got it yet. Though I hope not spend from my credit card if I got it but I wish have some cash from it on any accidental case. In my experience I found a credit may be the best friend when no one wished to lend me.Then I think my credit is not too much damaged.

There are several things that will cause your credit score to go down: 1. Not paying your bills on time. Always make an effort to pay on time every month. 2. To much outstanding debt. Car loan, House loan, student loan, etc..Do not spend more than what you earn. 3. Credit card debt..to much or to many cards. Even if you have a zero balance, it can hurt your credit score, because even though the balance is zero today, that doesn't mean that tomorrow you won't go out and max out the credit card tomorrow. Having a low credit score makes it risker for the bank to lend you money. It does not mean that you won't get credit, but it does mean that you will be paying higher interest rate.

I believe one credit card is one credit card to many. You will be much happier if you can pay for your exspenses with cash. My personal opinion, credit cards are the policy holders way of making money, and the outrageous interest they charge is proof of that.

In the US, credit scores are very important for a person who might be applying for a mortgage; job or place to live. Without good credit, Americans may find it difficult to find a good job or nice place to live. Credit can be damaged if a person doesn't pay their bills.

when you find luxury is your need rather than necessity you start to borrow and the you fall in large debt and if you don't realize soon enough that the more you own and less the saving you start defaulting on payments and it impacts you and credit score

Credit can be damaged by not making payments, applying for too many credit cards, going over your limit on your credit cards. Especially hospital bills that go unpaid. They can really hurt you.
