How Do You Deal With Spam Emails?

I have a Yahoo e-mail and the spam can be taken care of in two clicks, yes all of it goes away.  Also once you delete Yahoo will send it to spam the next time it comes in.But if you only have a dozen or so spams, I'd say you are managing it well.  I have close to one hundred each day and that is only in two e-mail accounts.  Google e-mail also handles spam, but they don't police it as well and I get the same ones over and over.Hope this will help you some.

Well, I have hotmail. It has its own system to deal with spams. Spams are automatically delivered to spam folder and if you do not mark them as valid the system deletes them within 10 days or so. You can also mark a normal e-mail as a spam to move it to spam folder if you think that it is a spam

I handled it by filling out the opt out forms at the bottom of each email.  I was able to stop future emails for a very long time.  However, I got sick for 3 or 4 days and did not have the time to catch up.  So  I just started deleting them after a while. I am going to check my Yahoo settings because I keep getting the same companies over and over again.  But I think I turned my spam filter off.

I get carried away with the spam emails. Some days I go through and mark them as junk mail (I use hotmail).. If it's been a long day, I sit down to my laptop and start forward spam from sender A to senders B,C,D,E,F,... and so on and so forth.. They don't like it much.. :)

Usually when I see spam mails, I just set a filter on them and the server will automatically delete the mail when it is sent over again. Very good function. Saves a lot of time.

I usually just put the block on them so emails are automatically sent to the junkbox.

I use Hotmail, and most of my junk goes into the Junk folder so I just have a quick check it's not anything I need and just press Empty folder, so it's quick and not too annoying.  It's the emails that pretend to be personal so you're not sure if you delete or not and it takes time to check through them.  If you have time check at the bottom of the message to see if you can unsubscribe, sometimes I find I have subscribed to things without knowing it and usually this stops emails coming again.  Some people say to click Unsubscribe is just informing the emailers that your email is in use, so they will continue to send more so, the choice is yours on that one.
