I am looking to find an online service that provides a do-it-yourself bankruptcy electronic form approach. Can anyone recommend a good provider?

I would check out www.filebankruptcyonlinenow.comThey have teamed up with Nolo to provide their book for Chapter 7, and also are partners with Springboard which is a non-profit consumer counseling organization. (www.credit.org) If you can do turbo tax then you can do filebankruptcyonlinenow.com | It is a great alternative to an attorney that charges a couple thousand because it only costs $199

Can you call your local court house to see if they have any programs available for this or call a bankruptcy lawyer and as if they sell just the kit to get you started. We have one in our area that sells the kit for around $250 and then the filing fee with the courts is around $250 also.

I think it would be wise, if you are considering bankruptcy, to consult with a professional. I know you owe a lot of debt and feel you cannot afford to pay someone to tell you if you should file bankruptcy but they may be able to offer you alternatives rather than ruining your credit.

Before considering bankruptsy, please talk to a bankruptsy attorney. These individuals will help you evaluate your real need and determine if you can live without a bankruptsy. Bankruptsy may seem to be the easy way out of debt but often ends up causing more problems than it's worth. There are many things you will have to give up during this process. It's not simply an easy way out of debt.Consider debt consolidation plans. I posted an article about this subject on my blog. Please take a look, before you take this drastic step. Thanks
