This website is really helpful theres a new government legislation that can make you debt free after 37 months. all you have to do is agree on a monthly payment. then after the 37 months if there is still debt left to pay the government just writes off the rest of your debt and you are debt free. you have to be working and in the uk. heres the website i am talking about i found it really helpful.. and the advice is all free. while i was searching for debt advice on the internet i found some websites that were charging a fee for advice... shocking... take a look could make you debt free. www.scottish-property-sales.comjust wanted to tell everyone else who is in the situation i was a few years ago

Posted on January 4, 2009 at 8:32 pm I looked at the scottish site and it seems it has applicability to only those who live in Scotland. Other than that, it may also be a site set up to capture names and emails. I'm not sure. Anyone have experience with it? If it isn't a reputable iste, I will remove it.

Posted on January 13, 2009 at 10:26 am Hi, With all the credit crunch and reccession thats hit the UK, I was in alot of trouble with my house as I couldnt keep up with my mortgage payments. I contacted a company called Stop Eviction in the UK and it was really helpful, they basically bought my house from me, paid off all my mortgage and any debt I had, and gave me 6 months free rent which really helped as it gave me time to sort myself and my finances out. Then they also gave me the option to buy my house back off them for £40,000 less then the market value. I am now in the process of buying my house back off them as I have been able to stand on my feet again. I dont actually think ive come accross any other company that offer such a good service, so I advice whoever is in a bad situation like I was to get in contact with them their web add is stopeviction.co.uk
