Credit Card

This is my father who recently took 900 pounds out of my credit card account without notifying or telling me how do i satnd on this matter and what can be done in order to teach him. he has also been reading my bank statements which come though the post and making phone calls to my bank and giving my details and pretending it is me on the phone. please can some one help me with this!
