What exactly do you mean by blacklist?  Most likely you just have a bad credit score.  If you haven't done so already, pull your credit report and see if you can find out why.  You can get your report from the 3 major bureaus free once a year at annualcreditreport.com.

I'm going to second the idea about getting a current credit report.  You need to look over your credit report and find any debts that may have been recently added.

its really not wise to get blacklisted like that. you should have taken provisions beforehand. anyway, clear it now and contact your lawyer too because you might get harassed too.

I believe you should contact a bank or a lawyer about this. This is a legal thing that needs a legal advice.

if you are blacklisted , the best thing to do is settle your accounts, make an agreement with the credit card companies. goodluck

I'm not sure i understand either but, i couldn't get credit of any kind of any kind for a while due to my bankruptcy and foreclosure.  I was finally able to get a cc with a small limit and an annual fee.  I took it just to try to rebuild my credit.  They just sent me a letter the other day saying that since I've been doing well at paying my credit card they are lowering my annual fee.  I was happy.  It's a step in the right direction
