Court ?

Here is a scenario for those who have been to answer. Your creditors / collectors finally get tired of waiting for you to pay and sue you. Your financial situation clearly shows you can't or barely can pay your basic needs bills. What is a judge likely to do in this case when you show up in court under these circumstances ?

If they sue you, believe it or not, you are in the cat bird's seat if you show up. You need to file a denial of debt before the court date. Once you do that, you tilt the game completely in your favor. It makes them prove up every cent.

You should always consult with a competent legal professional in the field as the above isn't legal advice it is merely what I would do if I were in that situation. Law is nothing more than procedure. If you know the procedure, you have a far better chance of winning.

Glad it was a stealth action. I was thinking the goverment finally hauled you off to er..........debtors prison. Keep on lurking in the shadows, you're a needed presence.
