My Dad had a problem with the loan company he borrowed from when he went to college 30 or so years ago. He had paid them back multiple times, but they failed to close the account and they kept on saying that he didn't make the final payment but he had multiple times. Because of that, he wasn't able to help me get a loan for college when I started, but I'm not here to complain, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a problem where the company wouldn't acknowledge the payment?
He said multiple times that he would pay again, if they gave him a special receipt but they refused to acknowledge this request. I'm not 100% clear on the details, but I'm glad I haven't had to go through something like this.
Oh there is no solution of this type of problem becoz its a agreement done before only and there work over the rule
