Has anyone heard of these scumbags?
Any information I can get will help. I plan on writing the Turkish government but don't really think I'll get any help. Moslem types don't usually help American types unless we are giving them pots of money (my opinion). I also plan on a more extensive campaign against these bastards but that is another story.

The host restored it thank goodness. I forgot to post that fact last night. My bad.

What did they do?? My best friend owns a massive e-commerce site and she got attacked/hijacked by some people last year. They turned her beautiful, professional site into a porn studio with links to military sites that weren't very friendly at all.
It took her a couple days to get it back under control but I couldn't tell you who was responsible back then.

Now exactly how do people hijack your site exactly? This is something that has always boggled my mind. Like oneday your site is fine and then the next you are looking at a totally different site.
password crackers. thats how they can hack. i never heard of those people that hacked into your site. I feel bad for you,but at least it got fixed. I wish i had more info on them,but i dont. Maybe you could do a google search on them?
If you find the answer to your question I sure hope you will post it here. As a website owner this is something that I too would be interested in finding out. I had not previously heard of this sort of thing so it was quite a shock to hear the kinds of things people are doing.
