This particular US Government pamphlet has been around the Internet about a million times and has even been sold by some enterprising people. It is titled:

Thanks for the list. Number 30 jumped out at me because we've made the mistake of waiting too long to get a payment to the credit card company.
There are some great ideas then!
I found the food section helpful and housing. My partner and I are planning to buy at the end of the year, start of next, so them ideas are going to definately come into play.
