buggles - I recently had a debt collector "harass" me over the phone. She said, and I quote "are you working?"

"Yes" I replied.

Her answer "Good, we're going to get it before you do."

I believe that is a form of harrassment and I am so happy that I stumbled on this site and have been reading these articles. I am going to send each of my debt collectors a written notice to "not contact me" via the telephone. I also plan on keeping a written copy of what I write.

- it was until after i excaped my debt i realized i was harrassed illigally more times than not. I wish people new more about the laws of these calls. They will say whatever they want thinking that you dont know any better.
