- Thanks for sharing your family story. In my country, to get loan or apply a credit card is difficult. Banks have very strict terms to approve each credit application.

- Thats ok, everybody has their own problems and debts but at least you have paid off all your debts. Great story of yours.

- I think that's usually a problem in the US...people being overwhelmed by debt due to credit card...But the way I see it...your expenses were all necessities in your country...so I can't blame you for accumulating all that debt...
In our country, having a car is a luxury not a necessity...If you can't afford one, it's okay. You can just take public transportation. If you can't afford to have a home, the usual thing for us to do is to stay with our parents and that's acceptable for us.

- Your story is not such a bad one, considering that your debt was caused by things essential in supporting your family. At least, it wasn't due to just useless things such as overspending, etc.
- Keep it up, Im waiting your most important part-the way you getting out of debt in your next post.
- Nice post. This will help a lot of people from getting trapped in the debt zone. Keep posting more.
- Thanks for sharing your history of growing up on your own and having a family, enjoying a house and a car, etc. This is so natural of an organized journey of building up wealth through utilizing loans, while getting qualified through education. Debts give people the pressure to work harder and coming off free is ever greater, and you will be appreciating the company of your spouse along the way.
We have been regreting how the chinese are accumulating wealth until they can afford a house, but already too late, only to grant it to the younger generation. We are learning the American way, but not to go too fast as to be out of control. And the American people should hold a bit not to go beyond their capability, too.

- Your story sounds a lot like mine. I was virtually debt free until my baby was born.
I charged lots of baby things that should have been paid for in cash. I wish that I could wind back the hands on the clock and the years and be forgiven for all the credit card debt, but we know that it doesn't work that way.
Still, I have no regrets. The money went toward buying baby formula and diapers. So, some good did come out of the event.
Thanks for your informative article. Very enlightening. Helps us all feel not so alone in our plight.
Best wishes!
