belleph - Hi Deb, it is very informative. Thank you for this.
- That is a good idea.  Preparing for a future payment is never considered by many.  What happens is when the amount is already due, they scramble and look for places where they could borrow.
tennissandgirl - This is will be good for us to use on our winter bills. We have lower bills in the summer so this should help us with that. If we save a little bit each month for the winter month bills during the summer they won't seem so high!! Thanks!
rofizarkasih - Thanks for the information. I want to learn about this preparation account first.
- ok thanks
aliaslucs - A very wise advise, I never knew that about making a preparation, thank you anyway
niitesh - Never thought about it but sounds quite a good idea!! Will try it straight from the month of April and hope to benefit from it. Thanks for the information!!
- Yes it will be very usefull by making prepartion account but i dont need it because am a student  and not earning so much.
wonderful1 - I will make a preparation account, too. then i will not in trouble when i have to spend irregular things. Although i don't buy irregular things, i will spend all of my salary. so it is really a good way to keep me in a good state.
buggles - Okay, I think I understand what you are trying to explain, but let me reiterate to make sure I'm on the right track.  Two accounts are set up, one is the preparation account in which regular "payments" are taken from  the "real" account to the preparation account.  The preparation account is for incidentals, clothing, car maintenance, kids' school supplies, etc.  When you need to spend something on one of these, they would come out of the prepartion account and not the regular account.  Monthly payments that are always the same come out of the "regular" account, like say a car payment?  Am I following you right?
Debbie - Let me just tell you- I really do this, and have for about 5 months- and it's about the best financial decision I ever made :)
