- your idea sure is a good one. it is like an expense tracker. i kind of have one actually and i put a note or a mark if i have paid that particular bill including the deadline. it is really helpful. at least we are reminded of the things we need to prioritize.

WoolF - i use my PC as an organizer...i have a Excel table where i write down the payments and the monyh..so it's kind of the same thing..just virtual. i must say, it's a great idea!

Carolyn - Wow, What a great idea. I keep mine in a pile under all kinds of crap and then stick them the fridge as I find them again. My method is obviously not as good as Debbie's method. I bet she doesn't get nasty letters from creditors!

Taface412 - I bought one of those bill organizers from my friend's daughter and honestly I barely used the thing. I usually tally my bills up on paper along with my work hours (to get an idea of my pay) and go from there.  But this is a very cheap and great idea for those who are organized....I am not.  I thought it would help.  Maybe I should whip out that thing and start next month LOL

- Great idea.  Thanks for sharing.  I have a bill organizer as well that I made.  I saw a nice one in an office supply store, and I figured I could make one just as easily for 1/4 of the price.  I did just that and it has lasted me for years now.

buggles - Great idea!  You can pick up a three ring binder at the dollar store.  I already have a three ring hole puncher.  The cost will be under $5.00...thanks for sharing this idea.

Missy (Guest) - I have been looking for a new one myself. I was trying to buy one through a fundraiser (that's where I got the one I use now) without any luck. I am definately going to make my own and it will probably withstand the wear and tear better. Thanks for the tip!!
