- Creating a budget is no doubt the best way to get out of debt. When I used to earn less money I always planned out where my money was going for the month ahead.
- Well...the steps are easy enough...now if only people actually followed them. Great tips.

- I have never made a household budget before. Reading your article is enlightening me. I really want to create my own household budget. But first I must learn it thouroughly.
- Great article !
- yes, it is must have budget only then we can manage all things through budget only we come to know how much we are earning and how much we are spending.
we always make list of our needs which are necessary and canot avoid and another list of those needs which we can leave for future.
only then we can manage our house systematically and it also help us to save money per month.
austenfan
- It's always a great idea to list down where your money comes from and where it goes. This way, you won't be surprised to find if ever you noticed a large chunk missing from your monthly budget.
buggles
- The key is sticking with the budget that you create. Anyone can make a budget, but it takes a lot of determination and committment to stick with it. Great article, thanks for sharing.
shruthi
- this blog is very helpful to families
- Thanks for your advice .
- The Golden rule, Do you spend more than what you can save or earn? if the answer is yes, then cut it down and slow down on the spending spree. use the break as much as possible and do a self check on reality if this will be the lifestyle you are going to indulge, you will not make it in your future.
aida0205
- what a great post and idea..
- Good article !
- I have done that before and is still doing it now. That is a very effective way to save money and live within your budget.
- I saw my mother taking detailed accounts for money she spent, so that she knew where it had gone, in case at the end of the month, she could not make two ends meet. I have never tried any of these things, but if in debt, maybe the only way is to start taking accounts, as the blog advises. From the initial accounts, we find what can be deducted, or minimized. While saving, we need to think how to save in a positive way, say take healthy food, do more walking, train kids to help, ask man to organize. A new way of life could be frugal, but make us healthy and happy. That would be a blessing side product.
- good concept..u have.....
citrusemma
- great post! making and keeping (strictly ) a debt is a great way to stop yourself from coming in debt!
xox Emma
- Thanks for the great post, I think it's very important for everyone to get their house in order financially. Cutting back any way we can, think long and hard before we spend money. I don't have faith that the economy will be turning around any time soon.
buggles
- Thanks for the great post Debbie. Many people fail to set up a budget which is one of the reasons they fall into debt in the first place.
john smithson
- I really encourage all American's to take seriously the need to cut their household budgets. With all the money the fed's are spending on these bailouts tax rates are going to go out of sight. Just wait, maybe this time next year the feds are going to need to raise taxes higher than we've ever seen. It's coming. Get those budgets under control and cut your budget where you can. One idea is to use an insurance shopping service, such as low cost insurance
to cut your insurance costs. And try to set money aside for an emergency. The painful reality is coming to a nation near you.
Carolyn
- Great post Debbie - I've saved it to my computer and I'll have a go at putting it together for our household later today. I know we should be much better off than we currently are - and you'll help me get to where I want us to be. Thanks.
Sherin
(Guest) - Nice read. Well defined and simple method to understand. Keep going. appreciated

Well, I think that if you're in serious debt, you should get in touch with a company which provides expert debt advice on various solutions to become debt free, and which doesn't take any money for it, like a not for profit organization.
