When Little is Big
Omnibus - Posted: 3/29/2009
The economy is gloomy. Jobs are unstable. And money seems so elusive that it makes it even more difficult to settle our debts. I was evaluating my current situation with my work, the salary I receive, the possible incentives i'll get, the deductions and all, but I don't seem to see a bright thing in it other than slashing a few percentage of my debt. The sad part is, I am left with a bigger part to deal with, our household budget.
It seems to be just a matter of survival from pay day to pay day. No savings, no investments but all debt. One great thing I have realized however, as I tried to check on my online earnings for the past few weeks, is the fact that I have survived the two weeks wait because of the freelance works, and online activities that i've had.
I joined paid to click sites, paid to post forums, as well as written a few articles, and from the $1 or $2 earnings from here and there I have accumulated a few bucks enough to pay for my internet bill, water and electric bill.Little is indeed big. They become big because we appreciate them for what they are. But for those who will just try to look at online works like ptc as a waste of time because they look at its face value it would indeed be a waste of time. What they fail to realize is that it's a matter of strategy and planning. People want to earn big right away. They don't want to work for it and wait for it to grow..
In this world, nothing is permanent so while there is an opportunity to earn even just a little, maximize it. You will never see the bigger part of it unless you start small.
