Saving on a Themed Wedding
When My Fiance and I first started planning for our wedding, we were overwhelmed and excited about all the options for our themed wedding. We wanted it to be the best, and we planned for everything, looking at all the cute things that would eventually add up and cost us a lot of money.
Once we got over the initial hype and shock of it all, we started to really plan and found ways to make our wedding be spectacular without it hurting our wallet. We aren't spending too much money on food nor have we on invitations, the apparel is western casual, and even there we've saved. The economy has worked for us in that we've found more sales then we may have if the economy wasn't bad. We had to return shirts we bought for my side (the girls) and got a better deal on a well known brand in the process! We're not having a band, and are burning a c.d. The c.d pack of five cost $1.99, and that was a CD R for 80 minutes.
These are just a few of the ways to save, I'm no expert on saving money on weddings, but I do have one piece of advice to give before sending you out to shop. If it's expensive, you can make it, if you can't make it, you can find it for cheaper!
Well I hope my blog has helped.
