Earning Money Online In Your Spare Time

I've been looking into finding ways to make money online with my spare time. I spend a lot of time online so I figured maybe I could make some money while I was at it. There are many paid surveys, paid to click, paid to signup, and paid to post. None of these are get rich plans but you can earn some extra spending money.
Paid to Click: Many sites will pays you for clicking the ads on their site. Usually it's about 1cent per ad but some times it can be a bit more or a bit less. It seems like a small amount but it does add up. I've gotten paid from some of these sites, its a little slow but you can get referrals or switch your earnings for ads to gain even more.
Paid to Signup: Some sites will pay you to sign up or make up an account for another site. Or they'll pay to complete various offers, these offers vary from just submitting your email to signing up for a trial offer.
Paid to Post: Somes sites such as "Destroy Debt" will pay you to post in the forum or to post a review for a product.

http://www.dealbarbiepaysfast.com/ (This is a combo site, it has a paid to click section as well as a paid to complete offers section, you get about 15 ads per day so that means about 15cents each day, and if you complete offers you can earn more. The minimum payout is only $1, so reaching payout isn't difficult. I've been paid multiple times by this site.)
