Freelancing earns me the most
In order to help me pay off my mortgage debt quicker I have resorted to freelancing online, specifically freelance writing. I write for many sites such as Triond, Helium, Associated Content, Squidoo and mylot. I get a payment each and every month from Helium, and Triond, and bi monthly payments from the other sites. Helium pays me between $45- $50 a month, and Triond under a dollar.
Here is how I earn this amount on Helium:-
Around $6 in page views
Write 20 articles at a pay rate of $1.50 month giving me $30
Write another 4 articles at a pay rate of $2.50 giving me $10
This amounts to $46 a month. Of course if I write more than this then I will earn much more. Plus the more I write the more money I earn from page views. Many of my better articles on Helium are about working from home, saving money and how to get out of debt.
I am planning to save most of this freelance writing money in my paypal and then use it to pay a little of my mortgage. Currently £1000 pays around 5 months off my mortgage, so hopefully by the end of the year I will have a few thousand in my paypal account.
