Pay day again and eventually paid off my credit card
Last month I gave into temptation and used my credit card for some furniture I wanted. To be honest I went overboard and as I was going on a clothes shopping trip I did not have the funds in my bank account to pay for everything so the credit card came out. I absolutely detest putting anything on my credit card and not being able to pay it off right away, so after two weeks I got paid and managed to clear my balance again. But for how long is the question!!
I am trying to hold off putting anymore on my card for this month, but I do need new furniture and £2000 should be enough to complete the furnishing of my apartment. I have made a list of everything I need and want it all puchased by the end of June, so that any extra cash I have can be put towards my mortgage.
I have decided to hide my card, so if the money is not in my bank account it cannot be spent. I am allocating a small amount of money from my wages each month to help me buy this furniture without going into debt. My mortgage and car repayments are enough debt for me!!
