Employee complaint and how to solve it

Do you ever complain about the job?
If you say, "never,"there are 2 possibilities. First, you include a rare human being. Or, you may forget that you have to do it. Why is that? Because even the people in his career very bright also seems never complained about work or things that related to the job.

So,is it normal, if we complain about our works?

In the constructive context , complaining about work can bring about the improvements.
For example, if you complained about inconvenient our work environment. With this
complaint, we pushed to invite friends to feel the same in company to create a fun work environment for all. In this case, a complaint can to be thrust to make improvements.

Complaints can provide a positive impact if it fulfill at least 3 criteria.
First, the complaint must be presented constructively. Why the complaint need to be constructively? Because the companies usually reluctant if they hear complaints presented in destructive.
For example, if employees who have delivered complaints in emotional way, the company usually never accept that complaint, moreover having a huntch that employees have not adults behave. In addition, the complaint presented in destructive can invite antiphaty from other colleagues.

Second, the complaint can be oportunity of improvement for pint interest. Complaints which is related with pint interests of many people,will get more atention. Because, besides get more support of coleague, can also build awareness of the company if that complaint can disturb company performance in big scale.
This also means that the expected improvements must be in coimpany ability range. Because, however, we can not demand beyond the ability of any company. As such, we demand salary increase much as 10%. Complaint is presented in sympathetic way and related with pint interest.

Third, the complaint is followed up with the proportionally. We know that the follow -
intravenously is more of a refinement that is expected. However, in many situation, action must be proportional to the two-way. Not only can companies only. And also not possible if only done by employees only.
For example, to build a fun working environment, all employees must be involved. If there is' one 'employee only' intruder ', so everything can be be disrupted. Conversely, if all the support and committed colleagues but company does not support in the form of policy endorsement or other, it is becomes difficult to being in reality.

With That way, our complaint can bring betterment of the situation. However, sometimes we do not live in a ideal situation. In fact, in many situations usually takes a lot of energy. Thats why, long-term commitment from both parties (company and employees) really required.

What if the dispute can not be avoided?
Of course there are many options. However, bring this complain to the court usually not benefitable for both parties. If dispute can not be avoided ,the most benefitable side, is not employee or company,but the competitors. And, customers can participate in a trail of the victim.
Therefore, possible that such efforts be avoided. And how best that can be alternative path is diplomacy or negotiation. Therefore, employees need to have the ability to negotiate, so that when the process of problem solving is in progress; muscle and not emotions that play.

But, why so far a lot of problems that cause and demos green settlement on the table?
Maybe it's because we are not skilled to do negotiations. So, its time for us have the skills of negotiation. Because, not only the process of negotiating a transaction between the seller and buyer, but also between employees and companies. Furthermore, in many challenging situations that like now, the company and employees must be totally colaborate.
Hope this crisis can be a good memoentum for us to learn together build employee relations and build a more harmonious company.
