Do you agree on both parents will work?

This is based on my own opinions and experience, if the husband is earning sufficiently to support his family daily, so no need the wife will work, like on my own experience I have a great job and earning great but sometimes my wife is asking me if she can work, my answer is no, why because I value so much the family values, so if both of us is working who will teach our children good values. Because it will be the foundations of our children when they we grow up having good values.
For me family come first before money.
I know many parents both worked to earn enough to feed their children and have a better life, but their sacrificing the most important thing the FAMILY time, it is worth it in exchange for earning big money?
