Buying a House

While driving to my office, there is this beautiful house that catches my attention. The picket fence, the yard, the dog, the brick building - simply idyllic. Often I have thought that I would want to live in a house like that. I have bought a house in India and I am living month to month on very little that is left of the EMIs, the car loans, insurance, and the credit card payments.

The house has a For Sale sign and has a open house. I couldnt resist and walked into a space that I would love to own. My heart went out to the owner of the house. And I felt doubly miserable as I could no way afford to buy it.

I havent stopped raving about that house to my wife and just thought would put it here. Dont you think it is a good time to invest in a house?

highspirits - Thanks Kristena. I am new to DD and was off for a couple of days. Though I was posting my blogs, I wasnt sure that it was visible to others. Now I know it is. I am an optimist and will keep dreaming! Hope you buy your dream home soon!
