Date of March 24th, is always commomerated as day of TB worldwide. This warning is meant to raise awareness of all citizens of the world against the disease Tuberculosis has become epidemic. Therefore, the efforts needed to fight disease.
Warning this has been done since 1982 coincided with the discovery of TB bacillus by Robert Koch who became the first step in the process of diagnosis and healing. Department of Health also have a role in the efforts of TB in Brazil. Data released by the Directorate General of Disease Prevetive and Environment said that discovery of a number of cases based on the views Case Detection Rate (CDR) in 2007 was 69.12%.
