How to Save Files in Different Formats

Step1 Open the file you want to change by double-clicking on it. Step2 Click on File. Step3 Click on Save As. Step4 Type a new name for the file, if you want to rename it, in the "File name" box. Step5 Hit the arrow next to the "Save as type" box and choose what format you want to save it in. Step6 Choose a location for the new file. Step7 Click the Save button.
